Robert T. Chancellor

Current Stockholder. Mr. Chancellor most recently served
on the Springfield City Council for five years and had
a distinguished journalism career all over the world. He
is a native of Southwest Missouri and a graduate of Missouri
State University.

Troy A. Compton |
Current Stockholder. Mr. Compton spent 28 years in management
for Montgomery Wards and has experience as a Board Member
and Treasurer of General Council Credit Union and the Partnership
Industrial Council. He has also served as Chairman of the
City Utilities Citizens Advisory Council in Springfield.

Jerry Fenstermaker |
CEO of Freedom Financial Group, Inc. Mr. Fenstermaker has
spent 30 years in the financial services industry. He was
formerly Chief Financial Officer for LoanSurfer.com and spent
many years with Citicorp. He is a graduate of Xavier University
with an MBA.

Vern Schweigert |
Mr. Schweigert, an original Board member, is a CPA who
has served as a business and bankruptcy consultant to companies
nationwide for the past 15 years. Prior to his consulting
practice, Mr. Schweigert served as President and Director
of Rostland Arizona, Inc., a $200 million real estate developer.
He has a BS in Accounting from Illinois State University
and an MBA from Arizona State.

Steve Gore |
Mr. Gore has extensive experience in public companies, finance,
acquisitions and operations management. He most recently
served as President and CEO of NewGen Solutions, a Springfield,
MO based management consulting firm. He is a graduate of
Missouri Western State University and Rockhurst University. |
