Jerry Fenstermaker, President and CEO
|
Jerry
has spent 30 years in the financial services industry,
including the last three years as Chief Executive Officer
of FFG. Prior to joining Freedom Financial, he was Chief
Financial Officer at Loansurfer.com LLC, a consumer credit
prime and subprime residential lender in St. Louis. He
also spent several years as President of a number of
Citicorp entities, as well as private institutions in
the Caribbean, New Mexico and Illinois. Jerry holds an
MBA from Xavier University.

J.
Kevin Maxwell,
CFO and Treasurer
|
Kevin
was named the Company’s
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
in March 2008. He has served as the Company’s Controller
since 2003. Prior to joining Freedom Financial Group, he
served 11 years as Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer,
and Controller for Hamra Enterprises, a restaurant, hotel,
and real estate management company located in Springfield,
Missouri, where he was instrumental in expanding that company’s
market from Missouri to include Illinois, Texas, and Massachusetts.
From
1989 to 1992 he was employed by BKD, LLP (then known
as Baird, Kurtz, and Dobson), one of the largest CPA
and
advisory firms in the United States, where he attained
the position of Senior Accountant. Kevin is a Certified
Public Accountant and a graduate of Missouri State University.

Tom Holgate, Senior Vice President
of Operations |
Tom
was named Senior Vice President of Operations for Freedom
Financial Group in
December 2007. He is an eighteen year veteran of the consumer
financial services industry who holds a BA degree in Finance
from Augustana College, and an MBA from the University of
Iowa. His career began with American General Financial
Group,
where he held Branch Manager and District Manager positions
from 1991 to 1999. From
1999 – 2002 he co-created and
managed a centralized collections operation for Wells Fargo
Financial in Urbandale, IA. In 2002 he was appointed Vice
President of Operational Risk for Wells Fargo Financial
subsidiaries
in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico & Central
America, a position he held until 2006. In 2006 he was
named Vice
President, Collections Operations for Wells Fargo Auto
Finance, where
he oversaw large scale centralized collections operations
in multiple locations.

Trent Taylor, Buyer
|
Trent has worked in the subprime auto finance industry for 18 years.
He has extensive knowledge in auto, real estate, and personal loans.
He served as Branch Manager for TranSouth Financial Corporation,
Business Development Officer & Buyer at The Money Store and
currently is Assistant Vice President of Acquisitions/Buyer for
Freedom Financial Group, Inc. As a buyer with Freedom Financial,
he is responsible for purchasing and underwriting of Point of Sale
loans from car dealers in a multi-state area.

Julie
McLean, Buyer
|
Julie
has been an employee of Freedom Financial Group, Inc. since
1999. Her previous experience includes Staff Accountant
for Krigel’s Jewelers and Director of Human Resources
for Volume Services. Prior to becoming a buyer at Freedom
Financial, she held positions in Accounting, Human Resources
and Investor Relations. As a buyer with Freedom Financial,
she is responsible for purchasing and underwriting of Point
of Sale loans from car dealers in a multi-state area. Julie
holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from Missouri
State University.
